Subscription Contracts & Payments
Subscription-based design services require upfront payments for the chosen duration.
Auto-renewal applies unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods unless due to a service failure on our end.
Intellectual Property Rights
Clients receive full ownership of final design assets upon full payment.
Studio Pixelcrux retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any third-party elements used in designs (e.g., fonts, stock images) are subject to respective licensing agreements.
Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use third-party services (e.g., Figma, Framer, Google Drive) for collaboration.
Clients must adhere to the privacy policies of these platforms.
Communication & Marketing
We may send occasional emails regarding project updates and new services.
Clients can opt out of marketing communications anytime.
Contract Termination & Dispute Resolution
Either party can terminate the contract with a 30-day notice.
In case of disputes, we aim for amicable resolution; if unresolved, legal action will be taken per applicable jurisdiction.

We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices. Any significant changes will be communicated through our website or email notifications.
